Badehotellet’s kitchen reflects the atmosphere of the old hotel. With classic recipes as inspiration, our Chef creates his own interpretations, adding an extra dimension to the taste.
We focus on rich taste achieved through high quality ingredients and gentle cooking intensifying the flavor. Our meals are of course home-cooked. It takes days to cook the fond’s ”just right”.

Wednesday to Saturday:
Bar / lounge: 16 to 22: Coffee, Beer, Wine, Whisky & Cocktails before & after dinner.
A la Carte Restaurant: 17-21.30 – Saturday, also: Lunch de Luxe: 11-15: Smørrebrød og lune specialiteter
Sunday-Brunch & bubbles with cold and warm dishes, 2-hour buffet including drinks, at 09-13 (please order either 9.00 to 10.50 or 11.10 to 13.00). At Brunch gatherings, e.g. birthdays, extra time beyond the 2 hours can be purchased.
Drop-in is good – booking is even better
